In appearance, M'Gula was a towering, colossally broad, and heavily muscled Black male who possessed a remarkably stern facial expression and an intensely commanding physical stature. To align his visual presence with the strict, snake-themed naming conventions of his criminal syndicate, he adopted a custom-engineered tactical battle costume. He dressed in a form-fitting, sleeveless dark bodysuit that left his massively developed shoulders and upper arms completely bare, highlighted by a stylized pattern of overlapping reptilian scales printed across his chest. He wore a matching dark cowl that completely enveloped his head, leaving only his eyes, nose, and jawline exposed to his opponents. He completed his uniform with heavy, reinforced combat gloves and thick protective boots, presenting a highly uniform, athletic, and imposing silhouette that perfectly mirrored the immovable, stone-like density of his namesake.
