Background
The Rod of Savrille was a mystical rod that was hidden due to its power of controlling red dragons. After Profion plots to take control of the mage council of Izmer, a high ranking mage of Empress Savina suggests finding the rod to combat Profion. However, Profion learns of this and dispatches Damodar and his Crimson Brigade to find the rod before anyone else so he can take control of the empire.
