Biography
Rufus (Japanese: ルーファス, Hepburn: Rūfasu) was a male human who operated as an American motorcycle repair shop mechanic in the modern world.
Overview
Personality and attributes
In appearance, Rufus was a tall, fat man with blond hair arranged in a braided ponytail and had mustache as well as a beard. Typically, he wore a yellow and black jumpsuit and black short-necked combat boots.
Rufus first became interested in martial arts after seeing an abundance of kung-fu flicks in his youth.
He had a girlfriend named Candy who adored him.

Over years, he came to create his own style of kung-fu.

- Rufus was designed by Daigo Ikeno where he featured in the setting of the Street Fighter universe.
