The SL-5 was a piece of technology that featured in The Batman versus Dracula.
Background
The SL-5 was a product of Wayne Industries research and development program into creating a machine that would efficiently collect solar energy after which it would be stored as true sunlight.
Batman made use of this machine to defeat Dracula by releasing the contents of the device which projected pure sunlight that disintegrated the vampire lord.
