Post-Crisis

Following the Crisis on Infinite Earths, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events. Scorpio

It is discovered that an escalation in the conflicts between London's smaller crime families is largely due to the influence of international crime and terror cartel Scorpio. Thunderbolt confronts his lover Cairo DeFrey, with the knowledge that he knows she is indeed the head of Scorpio; he does not arrest her but he does end their relationship.

They were responsible for the death of the parents of Celia Forrestal. Celia becomes the heroine Skyrocket in order to avenge their deaths. Skyrocket and Green Lantern Hal Jordan captured several Scorpio members, but their field leader, a woman called Scorpia, escaped. (Power Company: Skyrocket v1 #1)

Post-Flashpoint

Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events. Scorpio

Following his defeat, Kordax acquired control of Scorpio by killing their leader and hatched a plan to use them to ensure Arthur's downfall as well as disgrace. (Aquaman: Deep Dives v1 #7) They first trapped a holy idol of the Lurkers with Trench pheromones. When the Lurker king Noble attempted to retrieve it with an Atlantean archaeological team, they were attacked by the Trench which caused Aquaman, Mera and the Sea Devils to come to his rescue although they had to go through a very hard fight. (Aquaman Giant v1 #4)

Afterwards, Arthur came to know that Scorpio was behind the attack on Noble, Kordax had a Scorpio facility in Antarctica uncloaked for the queen Nuada Silverhand to discover. Arthur and the Sea Devils upon investigating the facility trigger a fail safe which activates the destructive machine giant robot called Torpedoman who goes after pure-blood Atlanteans. It was barely stopped in time but the hard-fought victories shake the faith of the Atlanteans and others in Arthur's ability to rule. (Aquaman: Deep Dives v1 #6) After Scorpio starts a pirate broadcast to discredit Aquaman, the Sea Devils and Tula discover their base and find that Scorpio has hundreds of soldiers and Kordax who is officially called "Number One" in the group, leads them. Tula and the Devils are defeated but they broadcast an SOS to Aquaman who reaches there before he can kill them. Aquaman fights Kordax while Tula and the Sea Devils take care of the Scorpio members. After Kordax is lobotomized, the rest of Scorpio members surrender and Aquaman decides to rebuild the Aquarium Prison they used as a base, as a jail for them. (Aquaman: Deep Dives v1 #7)

Scorpio would later kidnap Dr. Sinclar, the world's leading expert in both Atlantean and human DNA studies, along with his S.T.A.R. Labs team. They attacked Aquaman and he pretended to be killed by their plasma darts, to gain entrance to the facility they were holding him and learn their plan. There, he found out that they were planning to have Sinclair make more hybrids like him to serve as their soldiers and conquer the world. After revealing himself to be still alive, he subdued all the Scorpio soldiers and rescued Dr. Sinclair. (Aquaman Giant v1 #1)
