Biography
Sebastian Ballesteros
Born to a poor worker's family in Buenos Aires, his brother was slain by the military during the Cordoba Coup. During the cleansing of Argentine society, Sebastian’s parents were taken in the night and disappeared. Sebastian didn't follow in his radical parents' footsteps. In fact, he rejected their values and politics because he hated the lower class and wanted out of it himself. He was good with business and forged an alliance with the dictator who had his family killed. Sebastian was soon out of the poor class and one of the rich.
But he realized that he lacked real power. He learned that a woman secured the power of a plant god, the Cheetah. Ballesteros bargained with the god and managed to persuade him to take him as Urzkartaga's avatar. Urzkartaga believed that current host Barbara Minerva was too weak and that with Ballesteros he would make a strong conduit.
Ballesteros was the one who made Vanessa Kapatelis into the cyborg Silver Swan. After the new Silver Swan's first encounter with Wonder Woman, Ballesteros had Vanessa kidnapped again and added more cybernetic implants. Then he sold her to Veronica Cale. But Sebastian made the mistake of not making sure the last Cheetah was dead, and she came after him. Minerva had a chance to kill Ballesteros and took it. Now his blood feeds Urzkartaga.
He was eventually killed by Barbara Minerva in retaliation for taking the powers of Urzkartaga. Though at first, with Tisiphone's help, she could not defeat the new Cheetah, she succeeded shortly after while he was in his human form.

In appearance, Sebastian Ballesteros was a tall, exceptionally broad-shouldered male human of adult years who possessed a tanned skin tone, dark brown eyes, and short, meticulously groomed black hair. Standing 6'6" tall and weighing 285 pounds in his baseline state, his human physique was imposing, athletic, and strictly conditioned to reflect absolute aristocratic dominance. His standard administrative attire consisted of high-end, custom-tailored civilian corporate luxury garments, featuring structured modern dark business suits or formal executive evening wear paired with crisp, high-collared dress shirts and neatly knotted silk ties, which visually projected the persona of an elite financial manager. Upon activating his divine empowerment, Sebastian Ballesteros was a shapeshifter who could vary his form into a supernatural, bestial werecat-humanoid hybrid. In this transformed feline state, his entire body became covered in a thick layer of short, golden-yellow fur heavily patterned with distinct black cheetah spots. His human facial structure mutated completely into a savage, predatory werecat visage characterized by elongated feral fangs, glowing slit-pupil eyes, and sharp, high-density claws extending from his fingers and toes, completed by a long, prehensile muscular tail that extended from his lower spine. Sebastian Ballesteros was born a member of the human race, which meant he originally possessed the baseline physical attributes, speed, and standard biological limits of an ordinary human matching his exceptionally large and muscular stature. He did not naturally inherit any metahuman mutations or innate genetic anomalies; instead, he obtained absolute superhuman capabilities through divine empowerment granted by his pact with the plant god Urzkartaga. This mystical transformation elevated his physical parameters to a demigod level, granting him limitless superhuman speed capable of challenging speedsters, immense physical strength capable of engaging Wonder Woman or Superman in open combat, and an accelerated biological durability that could shrug off high-impact blunt trauma and ballistics. His hybrid anatomy provided him with hyper-acute predatory senses, high-voltage reflexes, and razor-sharp, metal-rending claws and teeth capable of shredding armored targets. Furthermore, Sebastian Ballesteros relied heavily on his exceptional corporate intellect and mastery of business management, exercising supreme executive authority over vast international fortunes and high-tech manufacturing pipelines to fund black-ops cybernetic projects and manipulate regional political frameworks. Their basic attributes consist of enhanced strength and speed on par with Wonder Woman, as well as heightened senses of smell and hearing for hunts and night vision for stealth.
