History

The Shadow Seven

MI-6 came to learn that Kannon was a member of the group after years and intelligence gathered from many agents. Colin King was assigned the task of finding the identity of the other members of Shadow Seven by infiltrating Weaponeer and capturing Kannon. (Ninjak v3 #1)

It was discovered that the entirety of the Shadow Seven were being betrayed by Roku who intended to sacrifice them to Master Darque. This was because the sorcerer intended to use them as sources of energy due to the teachings given to them by the Undead Monk. In exchange, Roku asked for the nail to be removed from her neck allowing her to finally embrace death. This led to her turning Ninjak with the other members of the Shadow Seven being captured. Darque later granted Roku's wish after he believed she had accomplished her mission thus removing the nail and seemingly killing her. Ninjak managed to continue the battle where he freed the Shadow Seven urging them to flee so that they could no longer feed Darque. During their resultant battle, Master Darque was seemingly killed in an explosion. Afterwards, Ninjak reported back to MI-6 where it was reported that the freed Shadow Seven had gone into hiding. (Ninjak v3 #26)
