History

Several years ago, the government decided the need for a group that would exist to verify the historical accuracy of time. Thus, they felt that an oversight group to watch over the Time Enforcement Commission (TEC) in cases of where a temporal breach had occurred. In reality, it was because the government felt that they had given the TEC too much power and wanted to form a group counter to them as well as keep them in check. Ironically, the government gave the Society too much power which they began to abuse and eventually the group went rogue as they sought to impact the timeline.

Afterwards, the Society decided to cover-up the activities of Miller in order to prevent any attempts to prosecute him.

Overview

After their formation, this agency was meant to be strictly a research and observation group.
