Starbrand Corps

The Starbrand Corps was apparently an intergalactic peacekeeping force; they were destroyed by Uatu the Guardian when he went mad. Their last member, Hal Jordan, was saved by Speed Demon (who slew Uatu), before he executed Jordan as well for his own crimes.
