Overview
Personality and attributes
In appearance, Steven A. Starphase was a tall man with short black hair and a thin scar running down the left side of his face. He typically was seen wearing a dark grey suit, blue shirt and a yellow tie.
On the surface, he was seemingly laid back where he had the air of a suave businessman with him always having a quip or sardonic comment to make about the situation.
Similar to Klaus, he was noted for being a gentleman.
He had a more ruthless side where he was not above using his connections to make 'problems' disappear.
Powers and abilities
He was a practitioner in the art of Esmeralda Blood Freeze (エスメラルダ式血凍道 Esumeraruda-shiki Kettōdō?) that allowed him to decease the temperature of his blood in order to freeze his targets with the techniques spoken in Spanish.
When using his powers, he was known to lose blood though was able to fight for several hours.
Starphase came to operate as the second-in-command of the secret society.
