Tabor (The Festering)

Tabor was a young forester who lived in the town of Garth many years ago. After leaving to seek his fortune in London, he returned having caught the Festering Death. After being imprisoned by the villagers, he was hanged on the orders of the Witchfinder and then buried. Garth Cottage was built over his unmarked grave.
