History
Team White were a team of superhuman operatives that were brought together under the leadership of Nick Fury. (Secret Warriors v1 #16)
A new team formed under the leadership of Daisy “Quake” Johnson as Hydra’s takeover of S.H.I.E.L.D. and America unfolded. Quake went underground, recruiting a new generation of Inhumans to oppose Hydra’s authoritarian expansion. Among her recruits were Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan), Moon Girl and her companion Devil Dinosaur, Inferno (Dante Pertuz), Karnak, and a few others—each chosen for their powers and conviction. They launched their first operation that night in Jersey City, where Hydra forces were enforcing curfews and rounding up civilians. Ms. Marvel worked solo, shadowing Hydra patrols while Quake worked to coordinate rescue missions. When she intercepted two youths planning a bombing to resist Hydra's patrols, Kamala intervened—not to stop resistance, but to protect innocent civilians from becoming unintended victims. Later, observing Hydra raid a safe house and detain an Inhuman, Kamala realized the stakes were higher than she’d imagined. As the team debated tactics, Quake expressed that their fight would require morally gray decisions, while Kamala reminded her team that they did not have to sacrifice their humanity to win. This first mission laid bare the group's ethical fault lines and cemented their commitment to being heroes in their own right, outside of any sanction. (Secret Warriors v2 #1)
nascent squad faced their first major field test when Hydra escalated operations by targeting an Inhuman safe zone known as New Tian. A massive Darkforce dome was deployed over Manhattan and Jersey City, plunging the region into total lockdown. The team mobilized quickly: Kamala, Inferno, Karnak, Moon Girl, and Devil Dinosaur converged on the perimeter to assess the emerging threats. (Secret Warriors v2 #2)

- The Secret Warriors were created Brian Michael Bendis and Alex Maleev where they made their first appearance in Mighty Avengers v1 #13 (July, 2008).
- They were named as Team White in Secret Warriors v1 #16 (May, 2010).

- In Marvels Contest of Champions, the Secret Warriors appeared in the setting of the mobile video game. They were a team of Champions specially assembled by Chloe Bennet, with the Collector's permission, to challenge the Summoner in the Contest of Champions. After being defeated by the Summoner and their Champions, the Secret Warriors disbanded. Some time later, the Collector gladly allowed Chloe Bennet to challenge the Summoner again, with Quake replacing Black Widow in the team roster this time around. By the time the challenge was over, the team was disbanded again
