History
Tereno Empireo Rapidmova Reakcii Armeo (TERRA) was an organization that was formed on Earth and served as a subsidiary of the Earth Federation. The Bahbem Foundation served as a sponsor of the Federation and thus indirectly funded TERRA. It became dedicated in working against the Mulians threat and in fact served as the Earth Federation's Anti-Mu Strategic Research Organization. TERRA was formed following the Mu invasion of Japan and creation of Tokyo Jupiter where the city was enveloped in the Absolute Barrier.
Overview
The agency was classed as not being a military organization but rather concerned strictly with defense. In fact, it was considered a research institute under the Federation and thus can only act according to their wishes. As such, it was controlled by the Earth Federation and in fact labelled as the Earth Federation's Rapid-Moving Response Army. Furthermore, it lacked a large budget which restricted some of its operations. It was described as being an anti-Mu organization tasked with defeating the mysterious invaders.
