History
The Organization was a crime syndicate founded in Japan by Nejirebane and her adopted son Ushijima Masashi some time after World War II. They control the country from the shadows and seek to weed out those they find worthless, to the extent of setting off major catastrophes to deplete large amounts of the population.
Kamakiri was later dispatched to recruit Alice Fuji into the Organization and replace Kumo who she had killed with the requirement of her giving up her name. However, Alice refused as it was the one thing that Kumo had told her to hold onto and never give up. In response, Kamakiri attempted to kill her as the assassins did not tolerate anyone that opposed them. He was ultimately slain by Alice with a cleaner dispatched to remove his body but she was warned to vacate the residence as it was owned by the Organization. She was also warned that further assassins would come forth and slay her as she was not a target for them.
Overview
Their enforcers are killer-for-hires who have some sort of skill, supernatural or not, that is related to arthropods. They have several children at their disposal on orphanages that are trained in the ways of assassination by Bugs.
It served as a meeting ground for assassins who were all skilled killers. Their existence was said to be impossible to prove with them leaving no trace of themselves in society. It was for this reason that they did not even possess a name and were simply referred to as the Organization. Anyone that learnt of them was simply accused of suffering from a psychological condition thus preventing the authorities from investigating any claims. Anyone that arose to go against the Organization was eliminated with any such stands against them being considered akin to suicide. Members were afforded a lifestyle where they did not have to worry about money, social status or poverty. Following the death, a cleaner was dispatched to ensure that no remains were left behind nor hint of the presence of the Organization. Such cleaners were even responsible for taking the bodies of slain assassins.
Individuals who killed their assassins were considered possible recruits that were allowed entry into the Organization. The first step involved handing over their family register and abandoning their name whereupon they returned back to society with a clean, empty slate. This was compared to the emergence of an insect from its juvenile state to that of an adult. It was considered a state of true freedom though it chained the recruit to the Organization and thus compared to an insect trapped in a cage.
It controlled assets such as places of residence that were ultimately under its control and they were known to make use of legal action to remove individuals from such places. This ensured them the capacity to remove people that were no longer affiliated with them.
