Timanov

Timanov was a devout worshipper of Logar and Chief Elder of the people of Sarn. He was manipulated by the Master (posing as Logar) into opposing the Fifth Doctor. As doom came to Sarn, Timanov resisted evacuating his people- until he became convinced that Amyand was the true Logar. Presumably, he remains with his people.
