Torturer

The Torturer was an expert torture-master who kept a gigantic, flesh-eating eye creature he called the Mighty Eye for a pet. He usually fried victims in an electric chair before feeding them to the Eye. When Mighty Max first teleported into the Torturer's torture chamber he wound up sitting in the electric chair, but escaped before the Torturer could switch it on. A subsequent attempt to guillotine Max also failed, and so the villain loosed the Eye itself to kill the boy. But even then, Max prevailed, killing the Eye in the process, to the Torturer's fury. He charged at Max who opened a spiked booth. Unable to stop himself the Torturer ran right inside and was killed when Max shut the spike-lined lid on him.
