Toto was the pet dog of Dorothy Gale, who accompanied her on her many adventures in Oz.

Personality and attributes
In appearance, Toto was a small, quadrupedal mammalian creature that possessed the full structural biological physical traits of a small terrier dog. Toto possessed a thick, long coat of coarse fur that exhibited a uniform, deep black coloration across the entirety of his compact body. The head featured a small, expressive facial configuration highlighted by two small, dark eyes that twinkled with a high tier of natural intelligence on either side of a tiny, wet black nose. His ears were small and slightly pointed, reacting sharply to localized vocal cues and atmospheric changes. His torso was short and athletic, supported by four small limbs that terminated in padded paws equipped with short claws, and a small, hairy tail extended from his lower back. Toto did not wear any garments, uniform attire, or decorative collars during his journeys, remaining entirely in a natural biological state.
Powers and abilities
Toto was born a member of the canine race where he was of the terrier species. On a basic feats level, this canine physiology granted Toto natural physical attributes that included sharp auditory perception, an advanced olfactory system, and exceptional agility for a creature of his small proportions, allowing him to easily keep pace with human travelers. While Toto possessed no inherent magical mutations, supernatural powers, or structural capability to speak human language, Toto possessed a high tier of near-human cognitive intelligence, deep situational awareness, and problem-solving skills. Toto demonstrated an elite level of tracking and protective conditioning, enabling him to identify hostile entities before they were visible to his companions, discover hidden paths, and communicate warning signs through a variety of targeted barks, growls, and physical gestures.
