Tracer is a male comic supervillain who features in Marvel Comics.

Biography

Tommy was a self-professed machine god that was created by machines as a being to worship. (Amazing Spider-Man v1 #525)

Whilst robbing a bank, he disrupted traffic in the area to hold up the police though Tracer ended up encountering Spider-Man. Tracer used his tracking bullets to keep the Wall-Crawler occupied whilst he completed his robbery of the bank. (Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man v1 #1)

Personality and attributes

He claimed that he was created as a god by machines and the more that were made then the stronger he became over time. (Amazing Spider-Man v1 #525)

Powers and abilities

He could scan targets where he determine traits such as estimated age, weight, powers and percentage of escape. (Amazing Spider-Man v1 #525) Tracer could remotely influence traffic lights to put them out of synch with one another to create traffic disruptions. (Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man v1 #1)

The handguns were equipped with tracking bullets that could fire and re-direct their flight patterns to follow a single target. Thus, they were able to avoid any bystanders and even move around obstacles in pursuit of the target. (Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man v1 #1)

Tracer could operate mechanical bodies that if damaged or caught he could move his consciousness into another body. (Amazing Spider-Man v1 #525)
