Trader Moe

Trader Moe was a diminutive alligator who was ringleader of a small gang of international criminals. Among other things, Moe and his cohorts (an imposing-but-brainless pair of underlings known only as "the Goons") tried to steal the Thembrian Golden Sprocket of Friendship during the Friendship Festival in Cape Suzette.
