Overview
Personality and attributes
Like many of his kind, Tribune was a half man and half lizard Human sized creature. He ruled a society of lizard men that held Humans as slaves on the plateau. Once his society was left in ruin, he was forced to fend for himself. He will do anyhing to survive and commit any act of treachery to achieve that goal. He's nasty and repulsive though there are certain appealing traits about him.
