Trick Arrows
The Green Arrow was then approached by a millionaire named Hector Vance who wanted to learn archery. The man offered a million dollars to be donated to a charity for these lessons with the Emerald Archer accepting the offer. Thus, he trained Vance and even taught him the secrets behind the Trick Arrows. However, Vance was secretly the former kingpin racketeer Herb Vraney who used these skills to become the masked criminal Crimson Archer and used his new skills as part of his revenge against the Green Arrow for sending him to prison.
