Tsuda

Tsuda was the second in command of Mugaru's alien invasion forces. As cold and ruthless as his superior, he, in his human guise, owned and operated a corporation which served as a front for the black hole aliens' activities, and he also funded the research of Dr. Mafune and was responsible for turning his daughter Katsura into a cyborg. During the assault on Mafune's mansion by Interpol, Tsuda was strangled to death by marine biologist Akira Ichinose, whereupon in death he reverted to his true, alien form.
