Ullman

Ullman was the former assistant of Gustav Niemann. He betrayed Niemann and testified against him in court, which resulted in his being sent to prison. Niemann kidnapped Ullman and removed his brain, planning to put it into the body of the Frankenstein Monster. However, Niemann was killed before he could do so.
