Ultimus

Ultimus was the atomic bomb program created by the Roman Empire of Terra Nova. They gained the information to create it from a duplicate of the Sixth Doctor's TARDIS console. Ultimus was capable of kiloton yields, and was also capable of destroying any known city of the Terra Nova world.
