Vazec

An extremely tempermental man, Vazec ran a tavern in Visaria. Due to the town's dislike of the Frankensteins, Vazec showed nothing but rudeness when Larry Talbot and Maleva came to Visaria looking for information on the whereabouts of Ludwig Frankenstein.

Of all the Visarians, Vazec was the most extreme in his hatred and distrust of the Frankensteins, even Ludwig's daughter Elsa Frankenstein. Although he wanted to blow the dam outside of town to flood Ludwig's estate, he the Mayor of Visaria did not see eye to eye, and he was forbade from taking any illegal action against the Baroness and her companions. Regardless, Vazec went ahead with his plan, wiring the dam to explode with dynamite and detonating it. It is unknown if Vazec perished in the blast, and although the Visarians were glad to see the "cursed" Frankenstein estate destroyed, if Vazec survived it's likely he was arrested for disobeying the Mayor.
