Biography

Victor Mancha was a male cyborg who was the son of Marianella Mancha and Ultron. Following a battle with the West Coast Avengers, Ultron's destroyed remains that included his CPU were deposited in a scrapyard. He then embarked on a plan for revenge against his creator and the Avengers with this requiring patience on his part. During this time, he spied on a young woman named Marianella Mancha stealing materials for one of her wretched architecture projects. The head of Ultron spoke to her asking her for help where she took him to her home. Being superstitious, she came to see the mechanical head as a kind of prophet where she confided in him. She told him that she was unable to have children and her felonious past as a drug mule meant she could not adopt a child either. Ultron promised to build her an immaculate creation but in exchange she had to help him build a new body. (Runaways v2 #6)
