Viego was a male human born thousands of years ago where he came to be the ruler of a long-lost kingdom of Camavor on the world of Runeterra.

He came to be known as the Ruined King.
Until his beloved returned to him, he intended to bring ruin to all in the world.

After the Ruination, he came to be transformed into a powerful, unliving wraith.
