Walters was a sleepy-eyed panther financial executive of Khan Industries who invested in petroleum products. He was also the only friend that Douglas Benson had. In the hopes of persuading Douglas to unwind and have some fun after a boardroom mishap, Walters took him to Louie's. This plan backfired, as instead of taking a break as Walters suggested, Douglas instead hatched a scheme to buy Louie's in the hopes of impressing Shere Khan.
