Webra Walters

Webra Walters was a reporter for Duckweek Magazine who came to Scrooge McDuck's mansion to do a story on his day-to-day family life. She couldn't have picked a more inopportune time for poor Scrooge, as Magica DeSpell picked that very day to try and steal Scrooge's Number One Dime by turning Bigtime, Babyface, and Burger Beagle into duplicates of Huey, Duey, and Luey, and herself into Mrs. Beakly which led to many confusing situations. Webra later flew with Scrooge to Mt. Vesuvius to rescue Huey and Mrs. Beakly and get the Number One Dime back. She was a female beagle with a speech impediment that made her pronounce all her R's and L's as W's (for example, she gave her name as "Webwa Wawters").
