Biography

Lancelot

Overview

Personality and attributes

Around his eyes were distinctive markings that indicated that he was one of the Ash Folk. Long ago, he said that his name was Lancelot but came to take on the name of the Weeping Monk after joining the Red Paladins.

Whilst among the Red Paladins, it was said that the adherents of the faith came to turn his mind inside-out to the point that he could no longer tell the difference between kindness and hate. Lancelot though refused to believe this and instead genuinely believed he was saving souls. This was despite the purges of the Red Paladins though the Weeping Monk said that he never harmed children though this was at odds with the fact he allowed his fellow monks to burn Fey children during their attacks.

Father Carden claimed that the Weeping Monk was the avenging sword of light in the battle against the Lord of Darkness.

Powers and abilities

It was shown that he was very skilled in swordfighting and was able to defeat many seasoned soldiers by himself.

He had been a member of the Ash Folk that were a clan of Fey who were few in number and whose kind had not been seen in centuries. Lancelot came to join the ranks of the Red Paladins where he aided in the purges of the Fey from the lands.
