Yggdism is a religion that features in Valkyria Chronicles.
Background
Yggdism was a religious faith that proclaimed the divinity of the Valkyrur and was amongst one of the largest of the religious sects. It arose in the 3rd Century and eventually spread across all the regions of Europa. The tenets exclaimed that the Valkyrur were a race of gods and the mythology drew heavily on the northern legends that were brought by their conquest. Its symbol was that of a Valkyrian spiral.
