Zeta Minor

Zeta Minor was a jungle world on the edge of the universe (from the Morestran perspective), which was scouted by the Morestrans as a possible source of alternate energy types. It held a gate to an anti-matter universe, and only the Fourth Doctor helped the Morestrans escape doom.
