'''Prof. Julian Keeley''' was acientist and old schoolmate of [[Van Helsing, Prof. Larimer|Prof. Larimer Van Helsing]]. The two attended Oxford University together. Along with several other men ([[Carradine, Lord|Lord Carradine]], [[Freeborne, General Sir Arthur|General Freeborne]] and [[Porter, John|John Porter]]), Keeley became involved in blood-worshipping rituals at [[Pelham House]], where he fell under the spell of the evil [[Dracula (Hammer Horror)|Count Dracula]]. Dracula forced Keeley to engineer a new strain of Bubonic Plague with which to wipe out humanity, a task which drove Keeley insane. He hung himself after completing the work and confessing to Van Helsing.
