Emperor Horn was the leader of a galactic army of silver soldiers. He invaded Earth and gathered the Dragon Pearls for himself, hiding them inside his belly. When fighting Monkey Boy, he threw the last Dragon Pearl in his mouth, and Emperor Horn exploded when the Eternal Dragon was summoned.
