During a routine visit to the prison, Mayor Manx and Deputy Mayor Briggs learned that Meece funded the prison with diamonds mined by the convicts from the nearby mountains. The prison was ultimately destroyed following Rex Shard's accident with the Gemkat 6000: most of the facility was turned to crystal by Shard, and after growing to gargantuan proportions he threw a crystallized Enforcer tank into the main building, demolishing it.
