'''Raymond''' was a fearless and resourceful [[RPD]] officer during the initial outbreak of the [[T-Virus]] in [[Raccoon City]]. He and several other officers were entrusted with the task of evacuating civilians from the area around [[J's Bar]]. After his fellow policemen were killed, Raymond required the help of several civilians in building a barricade the prevent the advance of a horde of [[Zombie|zombies]]. He then joined them in fleeing the scene. Unfortunately Raymond did not survive, but before he died he gave his fellow survivors a shotgun and a lighter, the latter of which was used to burn the monsters to death after they'd been doused in gasoline.
