Lieutenant Colonel Larabee was an American Air Force officer who served as the President liason to British Intelligence. Although cooperative with his British head man Haywood, Larabee was nonetheless somewhat boorish and bossed Haywood's staff around. He and Richardson showed up at the exploding Chatteau Richelieu after Steranko and all of his minions had been killed, and Larabee was pleased to see that "Agent" Michael Corben had survived.
