The founder of the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts. Happosai trained Soun Tendo and Genma Saotome, and they both fear him.
Happosai was trapped in a cave for 20 years, and eventually broke free. He is a perverted old man obsessed with women's undergarments, and he goes on nightly raids to acquire these items. His obsession leads to conflict with Ranma and Akane.
