Dr. Margaret Canker was a rogue scientist employed by Victor Scrimshaw to work on his miniaturization project in tandem with that of Dr. Niles. She was shrunken along with Scrimshaw in her own miniaturization machine accidentally by Jack Putter and Lydia Maxwell.
