Chuck Cougar is the grandfather of Chance Furlong. A test pilot for the Enforcers, he went missing in Megakat Swamp and got mutated by Dr. Viper. Despite being a hideous half kat, half snake creature, he retains his intelligence and seeks to help the SWAT Kats fight crime
