Dr. Benton C. Quest is the husband of the late Rachel Quest, with whom he had Jonny, their son. A brilliant and compassionate scientists, Benton is often called upon by various governments and other colleagues in varying fields to assist with different problems and to offer his expertise.

In appearance, Benton Quest was a middle aged man with red hair, a mustache, and full beard.

Dr. Benton Quest is a man very passionate about his work helping mankind. His inventions are all strictly for defense and improving health and livelihoods of others.
