General Martin Allahandro Carlos Perez was the United Systems Military officer in command of the research vessel Auriga. General Perez paid Dr. Mason Wren and his team to breed an army of Xenomorphs for him, planning to use the aliens for military purposes. When the Xenomorphs began to escape, Perez ordered the evacuation of the Auriga.
