Bob was a slave on the Toad Empire on Kinnear, and part of Mimi LaFloo's resistence group, along with another hare named Larry. Like Larry, Bob idolized Bucky O'Hare (although Larry was clearly the real fanboy between them). Bob was set free by Bucky and the crew of the Righteous Indignation. He and Larry later became the leaders of the free hares on Kinnear, until Bucky was able to free Warren so the hares could go home.
