Yoshi was a mine worker in Kitamatsu who often butted heads with his co-worker, Goro. When both of them went missing in the mines, Yoshi was found dead by Shigeru and the others, and Goro was suspected of being his murderer, when in fact Yoshi had been killed by a Meganulon.
