They were also assigned to capture Jet Jaguar's inventor [[Goro Ibuki]] and take him back to Seatopia so they could create an army of Jet Jaguars. The agent hired two truck drivers to take him and the captive Ibuki (as well as Ibuki's younger brother [[Rokuro Ibuki|Rokuro]]) to a drained lakebed so as to take them to Seatopia. However the drivers became afraid of Megalon and overpowered the agent, throwing him from the truck. He fell down a hill and his fate is unknown.

The Seatopian agent was one of two Seatopian agents sent to the surface world by Emperor Antonio.
