- Dungeons and Dragons (Dark Sun): c. 6269 BC (87th King's Age - Ral's Slumber (Y67)). Time of Magic. The city of Celik is destroyed by an unknown disaster, which survivors blame on reckless use of psionics. ("Timeline of Athas" from Wizards of the Coast)
- Dungeons and Dragons (Forgotten Realms): c. 6242 BC (c. -6500 DR). Survivors from Syorpiir join with other elves to settle the forest later known as the Chondalwood. The era of Skyfire begins, as the forces of the genies Memnon and Calim fight 22 earth-shaking battles over the next four hundred years. (Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (3rd Edition))
- Lord of the Rings: c. 6232 BC (III 830). Falastur becomes the first Ship-king of Gondor. (The Return of the King)
