Master Toad Spy

The Master Toad Spy was the Toad Empire's best secret agent, assigned personally by KOMPLEX to release a top-secret TV transmitter satellite into mammal space. He succeeded in his mission but was captured by Deadeye Duck. Taken aboard the Righteous Indignation after being tied up with his own tongue, the Master Toad Spy refused to divulge the purpose of his secret mission... at least until Bucky O'Hare threatened to sic Bruiser on him.
