Wilkie

Wilkie was a tough thug hired by Colonel Cobb to assist Professor Middlemass in his weather control experiments. His role was primarily to provide security and "take care" of anyone who found out about what they were doing. He and Middlemass never got along. Wilkie ended up being electrocuted by Middlemass' weather machine while trying to kill Lucy Allen: he threw a wrench at her, missed, and it instead hit the satellite dish of the machine, causing it to malfunction.He amazingly survived and was arrested.
