Red Arrow

Red Arrow is a future version of the modern-day superhero Arsenal, and a member of Superman's Justice League of the World in the mid-21st century. He had decided to hearken back towards the methods (and costume, albeit colored red) of his mentor, Green Arrow. Red Arrow's fate in the final battle centered around the Gulag in Kansas is uncertain, but it seems that he perished along with the many others at its climax.
