Frankenstein (Universal Monsters town)

Formerly known as Goldstadt, the Middle-European town of Frankenstein was the ancestral home of the Frankenstein family. Its name was changed to that of the family's following the death of the elder Baron Frankenstein. It has remained known as Frankenstein to this day.
